The Careful Co has been cleaning homes and businesses across Metro Vancouver since 2017. We specialize in exterior cleaning that gets results without damaging your property.

What we offer:

Window Washing: We use a soft pole system, never a pressure washer, so your window seals stay protected.

Pressure Washing: We cap our pressure at 3500 PSI, lower than many competitors. High pressure can sand down your concrete over time and expose the rough aggregate underneath. We keep it gentle so your surfaces stay smooth and last for years.

Gutter Cleaning: Every gutter is cleaned by hand, not blasted with a leaf blower or pressure washer, so your gutters don't bow. You get before and after photos of the work.

Roof Moss Removal: We treat moss with a biodegradable, spore-killing solution applied by soft wash or hand brush.
