Patient, friendly, in-home help with computers, phones, tablets, Wi-Fi, printers, email, social media and more.

Technology should make life easier, not more frustrating. If your phone, computer, Wi-Fi, printer, or Bluetooth devices have been giving you trouble, Ron will come to your home, sit down with you, and sort it out. He will explain things clearly and patiently along the way, with no jargon and no judgment.

You don't need to disconnect your computer or figure out how to bring it somewhere. Ron will come to your home in the Comox Valley and help you with the technology you're actually using.

Ron takes your privacy and security seriously. He will never ask you to give us your passwords, and he won't access personal information unless it's necessary to solve the problem you're having. Ron will always respect your privacy and ensure that any sensitive data is handled securely.

No problem is too small to ask about. Call us to help you complete your To Do list. Our rate is $50 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Ron when above and beyond to help my senior parents with the wifi set up at their house. He was knowledgeable, respectful and so kind. He even offered to carry a heavy portable aid conditioner downstairs! We definitely want to invite him back to help our dad figure out his new Parkinson's computer set up. Thank you so much Ron. He helped me with computer tasks that I really needed help with and taught me how to do it myself next time.
