      Are you tired of being treated like an old fool when you want help with your computer, phone or tablet?

      I've loved playing with, and learning about, computers and electronic gadgets since I first started working on IBM PCs in the 1980s. What I love more is helping people.

       

      You deserve to be treated with respect, patience, and a sense of humour. 

       

      Your privacy and security are my priorities.

       

      I want to help you learn how to use your gadgets, and solve those little problems that can frustrate us all.

       

      I usually work with Apple products, like their desktop computers, laptops, iPads, and iPhones. But I'm also familiar with Windows PCs and laptops, and Android phones and tablets.

       

      If you're not sure what you've got, that's not a problem. We can figure it out.
