Personal Bi-Weekly Maintenance.

Every week I come by and complete the following at your home:

Carwash, Yard maintenace. Kitchen wipe down, garbages emptied. Bathrooms cleaned, toiletpaper changed and reminders left for anything to be left restocked left on a note. Laundry, done and folded and put away with linens or otherwise. Closets, hung & organized. Carpets & couches vacuumed. Pet accessories are changed out if soiled, vacuumed and toys assembled together and rubber toys washed. Flat floors swept and mopped if a mop is present (or a mop will be aquired.) 

Bedrooms will be vacuumed, laundry assembled and collected to be done in triage with the rest of the laundry, pillows are fluffed and if there are linens, changed & the beds are remade & staged to exception.

Windowsills are dusted. Mirrors are wiped clear. Sinks are polished. Shoes are put away. Shelves are straightened and any greenery is watered. 

The fridge is checked for anything rotten, the cupboards are compiled to have as much space left as possible and wiped clear of any spilled ingredients, and I check for any pests.

I wipe down & polish the kitchen & stove & microwave & do the dishes if there are any and stage the handtowels.

After replacing all garbage bags in the house and doing a final check that the house is left totally refreshed, I go to the carport to sweep.

This can be arranged on a weekly or biweekly basis and is charged per day. If you have pets it also includes a dog walk.

*Wooden features can be requested polished, I can source wood polish for semi-regular maintenance, it only has to be done monthly.

*Mowing the lawn is monthly/bi monthly etc.

*I use your choice of products, or fresh & ecologically friendly and tailored aromatherapeutic scents to clean your home. 

*You can ask me about incense and other scents too! Or seasonal decorations and staging! I'm very talented at getting gorgeous decorations together and helping with the lights and ornate displays!
