Includes:

Patio surface cleaning

Paver cleaning

Stone surface cleaning

Walkway cleaning

Removal of normal dirt and surface buildup

Appropriate pressure cleaning

Final rinse

Work-area cleanup

PROCEDURE

Before work begins, the surface is inspected for loose materials, damaged pavers, deteriorated joints, existing coatings and other conditions that may affect cleaning.

Loose debris is removed where necessary.

The surface is then cleaned using an appropriate pressure and technique for the material.

Additional attention is given to areas with heavier dirt, algae, moss or organic buildup.

The surface is thoroughly rinsed and inspected after cleaning.

IMPORTANT SURFACE CONDITIONS

Pressure washing is not suitable for every material or condition.

Galloway Homes Services will determine the appropriate cleaning method after inspecting the surface.

Cleaning cannot guarantee removal of permanent staining, deep discoloration, damaged finishes, oxidation, etching or deterioration.

Loose or damaged pavers, deteriorated joints or unstable surfaces may require additional care or may not be suitable for pressure cleaning.

CUSTOMER PREPARATION

Please remove furniture, decorations, planters, personal belongings and other loose items from the area before service.

Please provide access to the entire area being cleaned.

Notify Galloway Homes of known damage, fragile surfaces, sealers or previous treatments before work begins.
