      Low-pressure exterior cleaning for singlewide manufactured and mobile homes up to 14 ft × 70 ft.

       

      Base service includes:

       

      • Low-pressure exterior wash
      • Siding and exterior wall cleaning
      • Soffits and fascia
      • Gutters and exterior trim
      • Skirting cleaning
      • Common dirt and organic buildup removal

       

      Optional add-ons are available and can be selected when booking.

       

      CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

       

      Please clear furniture, decorations, toys, planters and personal items from areas being serviced.

      Keep windows and exterior openings closed during service.

       

      PROPERTY CONDITION

       

      Galloway Homes may photograph exterior areas before and after service to document existing condition. Please advise us of loose siding, damaged trim or deteriorated surfaces before work begins.

      Base price covers normal dirt and organic buildup. Excessive buildup may require additional service.
