      Fall is an ideal time to remove accumulated exterior dirt and organic buildup while addressing accessible gutters and downspouts before winter weather arrives.

      PROCEDURE

      The property is inspected before service to identify exterior buildup, accessible gutter areas, visible damage and surfaces requiring special attention.

      Exterior surfaces are cleaned using the appropriate method for the material.

      Accessible gutters are cleared of accumulated debris and accessible downspouts are checked for visible blockage.

      The cleaned areas are rinsed and inspected before the service is completed.

      CUSTOMER PREPARATION

      Remove loose belongings and outdoor items from areas being serviced.

      Provide reasonable access to the property and advise Galloway Homes of known damage or fragile surfaces.

      IMPORTANT

      Gutter cleaning is limited to accessible residential gutters and downspouts.

      No roof work is included or offered.

      Galloway Homes Services does not provide roof cleaning, roof moss removal, roof treatment or other roof services.
